Research in Education and Culture - CIRD is the main research centre in Sardinia on education process and educational policy and in the field of didactics methods and research. REC joins today a national and international profile. REC develops research projects and actions on teachers' training and projects on school-university transition and educational guidance and on school and university assessment. Its main objective is to improve collaborations between schools and universities and to promote the integration of educational system as a whole. It promotes also research and training with schools, teachers' professional associations, with public institutions and others research organizations.

School teachers and students are invited to propose their collaboration to the CIRD both for projects, trainings and stages. More information about collaborations are available in the section “partnerships”
